On Saturday, the Hobbs Eagle swim & dive team hosted the Bob Reid Invitational meet at the CORE where 14 regional schools from NM and TX came to compete. The boys team placed 6th and girls team placed 7th. Michael Jenckes secured first place in the 200 IM, and also achieved a strong second-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly.
